ConfidentLee® welcomes passionate adults who believe in guiding children — no formal teaching credentials required. All instructors are required to complete our certification training before teaching. This ensures every student experiences the same intentional approach, regardless of who's teaching. A criminal background check is also required as part of onboarding.

Teach what you know and love! We encourage our coaches to offer classes on life skills topics they're passionate about and experienced in. Classes can be a single session or an ongoing series — it's up to you.

You have the flexibility to teach using your own content or ours. If you bring your own curriculum, we take a 25% service fee from enrollments. If you choose to use ConfidentLee®'s content, we take a 50% service fee.

You set your own price, control the number of participants, and receive payment through PayPal once your class gets started.
