About the Class

In this class, kids will learn how to use their voice in real-life situations — especially when it feels hard to speak up in the moment. We’ll practice simple, respectful ways to stand up for yourself and others, build confidence around boundaries, and learn what to say when someone needs help or when something doesn’t feel right. This class is perfect for kids who tend to people-please, freeze, or walk away wishing they had spoken up.

Outcomes:

  • Recognize moments when they should speak up (for themselves or others)
  • Understand the difference between being kind and staying silent
  • Practice what to say in the moment, not just afterward
  • Feel more confident using their voice at school and with friends
